Health and Fitness has always been a priority in my life as well as something I really enjoy. With more than 4 years’ experience in the Fitness industry and 15 years training experience, along with a background in competitive Bodybuilding and a powerlifting hobby, I have acquired extensive experience and knowledge in various training styles & techniques. I love the buzz of sharing the knowledge that I have, helping you understand what you are doing, and how to reach your goals. After many years fitting training in around a full time job, I can understand how the gym can fall down the list of priorities. Going to the gym and training shouldn’t be a chore, and as it becomes a habit of yours, I will make sure it’s something you look forward to and enjoy – feeling on a high after every session.
