To be eligible you must:

• Be a current active gym member during the promotion period.

• Refer friends or family who join the gym between 1 April 2026 and 24 June 2026.

• Ensure each referred friend signs up for a minimum 3-month membership.

• Ensure the referred friend remains active and does not cancel their membership before 24 June 2026.

• Ensure the referral is declared at the time of sign-up by either:

• The new member mentions your name at reception or via email, or

• You sharing your unique referral link from the member app.

Referrals that are not eligible:

• Former members who cancel and rejoin during the promotion period.

• Individuals who have held an active membership within the past 3 months.

• Friends who cancel their membership before 24 June 2026.

• Referrals that are not declared at the time of joining.

• Transfers of existing memberships into another person’s name.

If you meet the above:

• You will be eligible to compete for the referral rewards.

• The member with the highest number of eligible referrals will receive $3000.

• The member with the second-highest number of eligible referrals will receive $1000.

• Prizes are awarded once only and are not transferable.

Additional Conditions:

• Each new member may only be counted once.

• In the event of a tie, the gym reserves the right to determine the winner at its discretion.

• Winners will be announced in early July 2026.

• Regular membership terms and conditions apply to all new sign-ups.

• The gym reserves the right to verify all referrals and eligibility criteria.

• This promotion may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the gym’s discretion.

• The gym’s decision is final in all matters relating to this promotion.
